Eligibility Criteria for BMS

  • Any HSC graduate from a variety of fields, including science, commerce, and the arts, is eligible for this course.
  • This course is available on the merit list at several institutions. Some institutions require applicants to pass entrance tests.
  • The majority of colleges demanded a minimum of 50%. ( 45 for reserved category student)

Entrance Exams for BMS

Exams like CUET, AIMA UGAT, and others are used to determine admission to BMS programs. However, some universities also admit students based on their merit. The sections below detail the several entry tests and the requirements for each.                                               

CUET 2023

  • The National Testing Agency organizes the Delhi University Joint Admission Test, or CUET, to manage admission across several UG degrees, including BMS, to the colleges that are associated with Delhi University.
  • Every student must pass the 12th final year test with at least 60%, or 55% for applicants who are SC, ST, CW, or have a disability.

MUCMET 2023

  • MUCMET 2022 Mumbai University Common Management Entrance Test (MUCMET) is an annual examination for aspirants who wish to enroll in Mumbai University's BMS programme.
  • MUCMET, 2022 score is accepted by all universities that provide BMS programmes and are connected to Mumbai University.
  • All students who successfully complete the 10+2 exam with a minimum of 45% of the possible points are eligible to take the test. Students with a background in business will be given precedence.

UGAT AIMA 2023

  • The AIMA UGAT test is administered by the All India Management Association (AIMA) to candidates seeking admission to BMS and other programs.
  • There are two ways to take the exam: PBT (offline) and IBT (online).Candidates for the test must have finished their 10+2 with at least 50% to 45% of the required marks.
