There are many sitcoms that are aired on Televisions and there are very few sitcoms that make a special place in the hearts of the viewers that the sitcom is popular and spoken about even after years of the show being aired. Friends is a sitcom like that it has been evergreen,this sitcom has never got old and people have never got bored or disinterested seeing this sitcom which is now available on Netflix and other digital portals. Friends is an American comedy produced by David Crane and Marta Kauffman that lasted for 10 seasons on NBC from September 22, 1994, to May 6, 2004. The series was officially named Friends after multiple script rewrites and alterations, including title changes to Six of One and Friends Like Us.The programme centres around six friends in their 20s and 30s who reside in Manhattan, New York City, and stars the very well known performers like Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer. Bright/Kauffman/Crane Productions, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Television, produced the series. Kevin S. Bright, Kauffman, and Crane were the initial executive producers.. Friends ranked in the top ten of the final television season ratings for all ten seasons, eventually reaching number one in the eighth season. The series finale aired on May 6, 2004, to about 52.5 million viewers in the United States, making it the fifth most-watched series finale in television history and the most-watched television episode of the 2000s.Between November and December 1993, Kauffman and Crane began working on Friends under the working title Insomnia Cafe.

● LISA KUDROW AS PHOEBE BUFFAY:
Phoebe Buffay is a very carefree and sarcastic character.She is the character who speaks her mind and always looks at things in a different perspective.She has never had a normal childhood she has grown on the streets.Phoebe Buffay considers her friends like family and they always make her feel loved and cared for.She also has an identical twin named Ursula.She becomes a surrogate for her half brother and in the end gets married to Mike Hannigan.

Joey Tribbiani is a struggling actor and a food lover.He becomes famous in the soap opera called Day of Our Lives as Dr.Drake Ramoray.Joey is a best friend to Chandler Bing and was his roommate for years before Rachel Green.He is very soft hearted person and always want the best for his friends.He is like a child who always needs attention from people and only requirement is good food and his friends.

Chandler Bing is known for his jokes and the wit.He is the person who is extremely scared of commitments because of his parents failed marriage but ends up marrying his best friend Monica Geller.Chandler Bing is the person in the group who turns a serious conversation into a funny one.Joey and Chandler Bing are the sensational best friend duo.
● DAVID SCHIMMER AS ROSS GELLER:
Ross Geller is science geek and has a Phd in Paleontology.He has been married and divorced thrice. He dates Rachel Green and breaks up in the beginning but ends up with her during the end of the series .They both also have a daughter Emma.Ross Geller is the elder brother to Monica Geller.Ross and Chandler are college roommates and best friends.
